Complete MedXPress
Coming in for an FAA medical exam? Fill out MedXPress before your visit and bring your confirmation number.
Bring your ID and glasses
Bring a government-issued photo ID, plus the glasses or contact lenses you use.
Make a medication list
Include the name and dose of each medication you take. If you have a question about one, give us a call before your visit.
Gather your paperwork
Bring any records our office has requested and any letters you’ve received from the FAA. What you need depends on your medical history.
Check items off as you go. Your checkmarks aren’t saved or sent to our office.
Have a concern before your exam?
